  12. Sorry for the delay, but I got the reference to the VC++ 4.0 book I 
  13. recently bought which discussed the Document-Viewer pattern (what most 
  14. everyone else calls the Model-Viewer-Controller pattern; Microsoft-their 
  15. motto must be "We didn't invent it here, so we better give it a new name"
